The ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ (ECEBC) invites you to a thought-provoking panel discussion on navigating the complex concept of wellbeing.

Join us to learn and reflect on the deep connection between our own personal wellbeing and how this is intrinsically linked to our professional practice. Creating spaces that uphold our ethical responsibilities in relation to wellness is critical to a thriving profession.

Our expert panelists, including early childhood educators, leaders, students, and community champions, will discuss current realities and pressures that influence our ability to commit to self reflective practice. The panel will explore what it means for early childhood educators to truly thrive within a profession built on relationships, reciprocity, and shared humanity.

Grounded in the theme Thriving in Kinship, the conversation centers the idea that educator wellness is both an individual task and a collective responsibility shaped by environments, communities, and connections.

Together let’s examine how kinship can be a powerful source of strength, resilience, belonging and joy.
