The conference will take place at the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport in Richmond. The hotel is right next door to the Canada Line (Aberdeen Station), just stops away from the Richmond Mall and 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
Hotel Bookings:
Rooms are available to 草莓视频delegates at the reduced conference rate of $239.00 (plus taxes) per room, per night based on single or double occupancy, $15.00 additional per person, per day for triple or quad occupancy.

Book no later than April 4, 2026.
After this date, reservations can be made based upon room availability and at the best available rates. Confirmed rooms cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged a cancellations fee of one night’s room and tax.
Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 12:00 pm
The Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport offers free Wi-Fi in guest rooms.
Parking
Complimentary parking is available for conference delegates in the following locations:
- Parking Lot at the front of the hotel
- Level 5 (blue zone only) in the President Plaza Parkade.
- Level 2 and 3 in the President Plaza Parkade.
