FOR Early Childhood Educators
Educators tell us that being part of mentoring relationships that have intentional structures of support makes a positive difference in day-to-day practice, in professional belonging, and in promoting educator wellbeing.
Informed by hundreds of Early Childhood Educators across the province, ݮƵis honoured to continue building on the peer mentoring research project, originally established by Dr. Laura Doan. ݮƵis continuing the research while expanding the infrastructure of support, and mentorship opportunities available to ECEs in BC. We aim to strengthen the retention of our early childhood and child care sector
Valuable connections, sharing ideas, celebrating our work”
ݮƵis grateful for our partnership with the BC Ministry of Education and Child Care
