This workshop focuses on Workplace Law, Safety and Dignity. We will discuss how leaders handle disputes, support employee safety, and manage reporting and investigations.

Participants will learn how HR typically responds to reports of harassment or discrimination, including documenting complaints, investigating, taking action, and providing ongoing support.
