Reach Early Learning Centre (South Delta) is a non-profit centre of excellence in early learning. Our full day childcare centre is for children 3 -5 years of age and located in the heart of Ladner in Delta, B.C.
We are excited to offer full-time employment for licensed Early Childhood Educators to join our team.

This posting is for regular full-time positions, with shifts assigned based on the program scheduling needs.
Centre hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Program planning and implementation of the daily curriculum to include indoor/outdoor, active/quiet and individual and group activities.
- Work collaboratively with families, teachers and therapists to ensure the effective inclusion of all children and their families
- Ensure that individual assessment plans are implemented and monitored
- Ensure that all communications and interactions with families display respect for cultural diversity and differing family styles
- Keep abreast of current trends and information in the Early Childhood Education field
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Coordinator, consultants and therapists as needed
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Additional Qualifications:
Post Basic ECE Special Needs Citation is preferred

Required Experience:
- Minimum of two years of work experience in an inclusive environment
Salary & Benefits:
Wage Rate: $21.40 per hour plus BC Wage Enhancement
