Windridge Park Childcare Centre is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team full-time (35–40 hours/week), working with children ages 3–5 years, starting September 8th, 2026. We are a well-established childcare centre, proudly serving families in the Blueridge community of North Vancouver since the late 1990s, and are uniquely located inside a local Recreation Centre. Our program follows the school district celendar for SD44, and the centre is closed for two weeks over the Winter Break, two weeks for Spring Break, and during the months of July and August, offering an excellent work-life balance. Applicants must hold a valid ECE license, current First Aid certification, and be able to provide a clear Criminal Record Check. Basic ECE
Salary & Benefits:
Starting $24.00/hour + $6 Wage Enhancement if applicable
Vacation accruals paid 4% of gross wage paid off twice a year
Additional Information:
3 months probation period
