Working collaboratively with the Arrowview Kids Club team in our safe and inclusive spaces. We provide a fun, play-based learning environment with a strong connection to the adjacent elementary school.
Required Skills:
- Patient, fun, kind, flexible and energetic
- Able to plan and facilitate activities designed for young children in a play-based learning environment
- Able to develop and maintain positive working relationship with co-workers, children and their families
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate solid understanding of early child development and able to articulate knowledge to parents/caregivers in a non-judgmental and diplomatic
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Additional Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Educator Certificate
- ECE Diploma would be considered an asset

- Minimum of two years’ experience in licensed child care or StrongStart programs
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Training in the Early Learning Framework
- Experience with nature-based early learning and literacy
Salary & Benefits:
Starting at $28.00 per hour, plus benefits available after successful completion of probationary period.
Additional Information:
- Current ECE certificate to practice
- Current clear criminal records check is a hiring requirement
- Valid first aid certificate is a hiring requirement
