We are hiring for two BC Registered Early Childhood Educators to join our team. Two years of experience working in a large daycare centre is an asset. These are full-time permanent positions working Monday - Friday:
- Full-time in our Infant/Toddler room - ECE or ITE
- Full-time in our 3-5 program - ECE
Early childhood educators plan, organize and implement programs for children between the ages of infancy and 5 years. Working as a team, Early childhood educators and assistants lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth and ensure their security and well-being. The main duties include:
- Developing and implementing the child-care program
- leading activities, both individual and as group activities
- guiding and assisting children in their development
- planning and maintaining an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of the children
- establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with co-workers and parents
Qualifications:
Basic ECE

- Valid BC License to Practice
- Valid first aid/CPR certificate
- Clear criminal record check
- Two References

- One year experience working with children in a large daycare setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and bestpractices in early childhood education.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children,parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with youngchildren are essential traits for success in this role.

Salary: Up to $32.00+ per hour, includes ECE wage enhancement where applicable
