We are looking for someone who have a valid ECE-IT or ECE-ITSN certificate.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster developmental growth through innovative teaching methods. This role involves working closely with children, parents, and team members to support each child's educational journey and well-being. We are looking for someone who have a valid ECE-IT or ECE-ITS certificate.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social skills, independence, and self-confidence.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities, share best practices, and ensure curriculum consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and other relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and licensing requirements related to early childhood education.
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong background in childcare and early childhood education
- Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members.
- Competent in computer skills including basic operation of educational software and record keeping systems.
- Classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks.
- Leadership qualities to guide young learners and support team collaboration.
