*What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement high-quality programming aligned with the CEFA curriculum
- Support children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Assess children’s interests and needs, and communicate progress with families
- Foster independence and self-help skills
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and team members
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Uphold CEFA’s mission, vision, values, and professional standards
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Years Experience Required:
1
Required Experience:
- Valid ECE and/or Infant/Toddler (I/T) Certificate License
- 2+ years childcare experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Familiar with current BC Licensing Regulations
- Knowledge of Montessori & Reggio Emilia methodologies (preferred)
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $28–$30/hour (depending on experience, includes WE)

Additional Information:
- Schedule: 7:30am – 5:00pm (shifts vary within hours of operation)
