Growing Space is a small, established early learning program on beautiful Bowen Island. We are deeply rooted in community and guided by respect for the child, hands-on learning, and fostering capable, confident young learners.
Who You Are
- A certified Early Childhood Educator (ECE) in BC
- Passionate about child-led, play-based, and hands-on learning
- Interested in leadership and program development
- Warm, organized, and community-minded
- Excited by the opportunity to shape and run a small school
-Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
